Quality of Life Program

Get Lean Tulsa is proud to introduce a program that can improve your quality of life. Using a simple, common-sense approach to diet/nutrition, fitness lifestyle and tracking progress by fitness levels, the Quality of Life Program will get you on a lifestyle path full of healthy results.

Step one is committing to a scheduled exercise plan. Combining cardio and strength training routines that can be performed at a local gym or even in the privacy of your own home, you’ll see results as you advance through all six levels of the program. When you combine the exercise with the proper foods, you will experience healthy results even quicker. To view a suggested list of Important/Approved Foods to Eat and Foods to Avoid, click here

Cardio exercise is common to most people. By turning a regular walk into a scheduled/timed event or picking up the pace to a jog or run turns it into a true form of exercise. Strength training, to some people, is a bit intimidating. It doesn’t have to be. The Quality of Life Program outlines the different exercises, either cardio or strength, that even a beginner can jump in and start seeing results.

We encourage you to use the exercise glossary that explains how each should be performed. Then simply enter your activities each week and journal about your progress. Remember that if you need encouragement, reach out to an Accountability Partner to cheer you on as a Quality of Life Program participant.
