My wife, Victoria Bartlett joins me in announcing an exciting health and fitness program that makes it easy and fun to journal your daily physical activity and watch your progress. We all lead such busy lives. Between working and raising a family, it's hard to fit everything in.
That's why now more than ever, we must eat the right kinds of food and find a fun exercise to do every day. Do you love to dance or shoot hoops with your kids? Then make it a part of your daily activity and have fun doing it! Tulsa is a great place to live and raise a family and we want to make it one of the fittest places in the country. But we've got a long way to go.
Our city and state are at the bottom of the list when it comes to national health rankings and childhood obesity rates. We're out to change that! It won't be easy, but we can do it.
